Women's shoe size and Men's shoe size are different. In short :
Men (US) = Women(US) + 1.5
Shoe sizes for guys have to + 1.5 to the previous size that you gave.
The shoes that we are getting, aka the aerial, is only offered up to a size 12 and once you you get to an 11 no half sizes are offered (eg, 10, 10.5, 11, 12).
For those with giant feet, there is Kaepa Liberty 3 which offers up to size 13 (women). ie: size 11.5 max for guys.

For guys with shoe size more than 11.5 you have to use your own discretion. 12 still can fit but a size 13 may be risky.
