Those who are not involved in the routine, I still EXPECT you all to come. Yes I know, nothing for you all to do. But the team will surely respect and feel good about your presence. Moreover, it's not that there's nothing for you all to do. The thing is...you all take turns to be absent for trainings.

The one who has been coming regularly is Cheryl Sim, & I respect her for that. I remember seeing her 'alone' for a few trainings. The occasional turnup & later sudden disappearence of Charyl, Steph, Hui Xian, Sharon & Pearl-an hence result in the "disband".

Geok Ghee & Fiona, please take care of your health. There was so much potentials for all of you to be good. Just take Favian as an example. He has shown his commitment & improvements & is doing good under Larry's wings. LOL!!! Larry says he will train him what. Lucky for Terence, I managed to pull him back. All names stated above is not allowed to be absent from now till Nationals!! It's a pity to for Faezah not getting involved; but we understand that her knee was injured since '08 Nationals. Joy & Lynna is now back; after clearing all the overloading academic matters.Cheryl Teo went with the wind ever since she hurt her back, getting frequently sick, down with stomach flu for countless days, piling assignments as a result of MCs.

I guess most of you are wondering why I dont mention or talk about her during trainings. I just dont wana be seen as sheilding/helping/argueing for her. Similarly for Joy before she came back. Split personaility when on the mats and off the mats? Haha. Haziq & Zubair... dissolved? LOL. Sometimes if you're lucky, you'll get to see them around the school, gym, or playing rugby. & for some trainings, they will visit us usually on days when they play rugby or gym. Mark kept his words. ChengYee had left for OSIP at Shanghai & will be coming back on April. Ivan was busy & is still busy with his dance. Other seniors had left since May08? From a total of 37-48 people, I only see & have been marking the presence of the usuals for the past 1 month; currently I only have to tick 15-18 names. It's alot less tedious cos I can remember who is present & I dont have to tick but just type in when I get home. But I do not feel loosen up but am worried of the team after the current committee steps down.
PS: Ken is not mentioned due to his personal stuffs. Just take care alright!

For those who have made their uniforms, I hope for your presence on 22nd March, all dressed-up with the team. The team respects, appriciates, thank your presence during trainings to spot, motivate, comment & support. In fact, the team really needs it.

Uniforms
As Cheerobics is nearing, & we've had our uniforms done for quite some time except the stupid embroidery which is finally ready for collection next week, I presume that a few may need alteration. Mdm Leck a.k.a 'Aunty' will be coming on Thurs/Fri (26th or 27th Feb) as all guy's tops were sent for some changes and Lynna has not made hers. All of your uniforms should be with me, except guy's bottoms & Faezah's skirt. I need that skirt. LOL. Please bring your uniform if you have it with you. Guy's bottoms; handle them with TLC. Bring if you need to alter. I will text/call you once Mdm Leck confirms with me.

Volunteers
Also, I need help for some miscellaneous stuffs for Nationals. Any volunteers? Open to juniors only. I'm glad if those who are not involved in the routines to do these stuffs. On one hand, involved-in-routines-people are not tied up with these extras, & on the other, able to train/rest/eat with ease. The emerging Blazers backstage crews. Just call/text/email/msnw/facebook... inform me asap alright.
