The team spirit in the team right now is purely surface. People are not giving 100% ( i know some does) Despite of the fact that some bare the risk of never to cheer again because of knee injuries, despite of this year might be the last year that people might be able to cheer, despite of the promises that you all have given, and it goes on.....

Just give me abit more smile, a bit more alert, abit more can do spirit , abit more iniatiative, abit more on time, a bit more patient, a bit more laughter, just do everything a bit more. I do need your craziness, all i just need is a bit more. And always a bit more. Tell yourself a bit more.
