We used to be rushing to get the things we want. Like doing B.Toss Backtucks and toss-to-hand. However, i wish to let you all know that we rushed because of competition that are near. And in that scenario, we risked the issue of safety.
Now, we have time and we do not need to rush. I urged you all to build up on the phyiscal body before requesting to do higher difficulty level stunt such as toss to hands and b.toss backtucks and etc. When i say building up phyiscal body, i mean the whole team and not individual. And that's why i discourage you all to do TTH after training and told you if you want it, you do it during training with the team. But in order to do that, we should build on the ..... PHYSICAL.. YEAH . HAHAHA
If we cannot complete your conditioning with ease, we should be focusing more on conditioning then thinking that doing more stunts will help. Doing stunts with uncondition-ed body is like putting your life on the fence. It might be tempting to complete and achieve something you want badly but it is selfish to risk others' life for your own achievement.
In Order to
reach higher standard, we should not put our selfish thoughts first but the
Team first in our mind. And in time to come, you will achieve your goals through the total progression of the team.
