let me reiterate a point that terence and our captain kelwin, has stressed many times to us.
PLEASE RESPECT YOUR SENIORS.
as much as we want our trainings to be fun and exciting, there's a limit to everything.
how many times have your seniors told you something and you just nod in agreement without registering in your mind what exactly was said.
let me state an example. while everyone was having the games at the ground floor of the engineering block during just now, our vice-captain cheryl sim told us to keep the noise level down because there were studying just 2 benches away. and to think that i could still hear the noise from the third storey concourse.
what's the point of us, keep telling and reminding everyone when no one listens to us. do you have to make someone angry before you regret and apologise.
let me state another example. it is everyone's responsibility to take and keep their own shoes from the cupboard. why do i always see bryan shouting and waiting for people to return their shoes after training so that he can keep them for you.
and lastly, do your conditioning properly. i rather you do 5 standard pushups than 20 anyhow-do pushups. how many weeks have you been training in a team and you're still giving excuses. i don't see you putting in any effort.
GUYS AND GIRLS. if you want to train at the gym, look for your seniors. they'll teach you the right muscles and way to train.
please don't take the seniors, and especially the committee members, for granted.
p.s. i'm not referring to everyone. some people are really putting in the effort and i've noticed.
