Hello People!
Training's been all good yea?
and really, try not to slack on monday's training
cos that's the only few times I can go gym ):
I still want mondays!
and for tuesday, you guys should know where you stand now
after the pop quiz by coach!
so hope you guys listen and improve
arm motions,kicks or stunts.
use the mirror! expressions people!
you need to be happy to cheer people on! =D
and in 1 month's time, there'll be another evaluation!
so people don't stop improving!
