training starts at 6. for those who don't have classes, i expect you to be at the grandstand, changed and prepared by 1745. THE MATS MUST BE OUT AND READY TO USE BY 1815.

if your lesson ends at 6 or 7, i'll give you a 15 minutes allowance and i expect you to reach the training area by 1815 or 1915 respectively.

i don't want to see people taking their time and strolling in when you are obviously late.

if you'll be late or absent for the training, please inform the committee before the training commences.
