My dearest juniors, please have a sense of urgency and act according to situations. Generally, i cant see that you guys are taking this seriously. I know some are trying their best. But we need everyone's 100%. It doesnt work when others are giving their 110% while you're giving like only 50%. When its time to put in effort and focus, do it. We'll play when its time, just not now.
