HARLO GUYS. this is my first time posting on team blazers blog. im so honored !
ok .. so anyway, the blog is getting inactive so im here trying to bring some fresh air.

first of all, most of our seniors have graduated :(. so that leaves us the juniors (seniors now btw) to work hard and make progress for the team. in order to progress, we mus SEEK improvement.

we mus have an aim, an objective, a goal. not sit and wait for it to come. if we are stagnant, we will be wasting the precious time our seniors and coach has place upon us. we dont wan them to be disappointed right !

to execute the stunts we must have the physical strength. so guys ... PLEASE GYM, not just more often but CONSISTENTLY. often and consistency have a big difference. also, eat more and sleep more. our body will grow when its resting not when its working out. if we dun gain mass how are we suppose to gain strength (my mistake last time too). u do know that massy people have more strength yea. please google/youtube strength training and bodybuilding because they are different as well.

ok, flyers must make it a habit to lock and stretch and do more bodyweight conditioning too. i know as the journey goes along it gets tougher, thats when motivation comes in. self-motivation is very important, u cannot expect everyday somebody will give u encouragement wat, yes as a team we are motivating and always encouraging each other but that is not enough.

we need a vision. look at the kentucky guy do a tth, extension, lib, cupie, rewind cupie, look at the top gun guy do toetouchx3backtuck, robhs, robt, robhsdoublefull, look at the cheer athletic flyer do btossLO, btossXO, kickdoubletwist, scale, scorpion, bow arrow etc. imagine u are them, imagine being them. those little imaginations will often be ur source of motivation. set ur goals in a period of time if not like that i say i will do cupie in 100 years also can.

this post is meant for the juniors (seniors now btw) including myself. hope u guys understand what im saying !
and rmb no matter what dont give up ! it is often when u are soooo close to a breakthrough and u give up. when the goings get tough, the tough gets going. so jia you guys !! we mus make a difference !

and oh ya, rmb wat michelle senior said ? safety = basics, basics = safety.
